WHAT IS THE MINIMUM LEASE TERMS?
We offer leases of 2 to 12 months with varying rates.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS NEEDED?
Proof of Identification:

For Filipinos: One Government-issued ID (Or student ID + NSO Birth Certificate + Cedula)

For Foreigners: Passport + Visa + Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR)
WHEN IS THE UNIT CONSIDERED RESERVED?
Unit is considered Reserved when the Security Deposit and Rental Advance for the valid lease offer has been paid on or before the lease offer expiry date.
IS WATER AND ELECTRICITY INCLUDED IN THE MONTHLY RENTAL?
No, Water and Electricity are separately billed based on actual consumption with own submeter.
For some properties with common toilets and facilities, water and electricity (in common areas) are fixed monthly charge.
CAN I COOK INSIDE THE ROOM?
We allow use Cooking Appliances Limited to: Rice Cooker, Hot Water Kettle, Mini/Personal Refrigerator ,Oven Toaster, Multi-Cooker and Microwave, subject to approval of Leasing office for wattage and condition of appliances.
IS WI-FI FREE OF CHARGE?
Each tenant is given Free Basic WIFI, good for surfing and social media and is available inside room and entire building.
Optional up to 5, 10, 20 or 35 MBPS access also available at a monthly fee.
CAN I INVITE GUESTS?
We allow Visitors/Guests upon application of Visitor Pass at the leasing office, processing fee applies.
IS THERE PARKING SPACE?
Yes, we have parking spaces (bicycle,motorcycle and car) for rent. Please inquire for pricing.
IS DEPOSIT AND RENTAL ADVANCE REQUIRED?
Yes, we require 1 month Security Deposit and 1 month Rental Advance.
IS THERE CURFEW?
No curfew in our building. We have 24 hour security guard and CCTV.
ARE PETS ALLOWED INSIDE THE BUILDING?
No. Unfortunately, we don't allow pets of any kind inside the building.
IS THERE AGE REQUIREMENT FOR TENANTS?
Yes, as a general rule, we accept tenants 18 years old and above. ( for Junior and Senior High, please inquire. We give some considerations when accompanied by a parent/guardian as roommate.)
